Treadmill 40mins easy 6.65k.
Having a blonde moment here, please clarify. Instead of doing the 10k schedule could i improve my times by doing loads of long runs. Somebody said to me that doing loads of long runs would improve my times.
But i don't really wanna spend all my life down the gym or on the road and i am only interested in 10k maximum distance.
I feel like i'm doing bloody well atm and i'm spending my time on the right type of schdule combined with the right amount of rest.
Basically i feel that i couldn't be doin any better and want you to say yes Rob that's the case !:o:
