Hi Robin, great to hear you have relocated and that things are going well
the Build Up would always be good for you however I think you need to break your build up into blocks of 6 weeks most at a time
so for example:
6 weeks Build Up
then 2 to 3 weeks of a challenge phase .. of a race or two
then returning to 1 week off and then 1 cycle of a Build Up again
we found in the past that you broke down after too much training during winter
so let's try something different
what say you?
