so I did the 20min paced yesterday and 30min easy today (150 AHR), felt pretty nice. Any thoughts about tomorrow's run?
There is a chance that I come back from the field on Tuesday, if that happens I will take the chance and start the build up period. Just one question about it, in the easy 1h runs, which should be the HR? While in off period the AHR was 143-144, and in the cycle before was 148-150.
