backing with feedback from last 3 sessions. I'm still following strictly the schedule. The AHR were the same before (143) and I'm glad to see some improvement that I thought couldn't happen as see that I'm running almost in the same pace which I began the program but with a less effort (less 10bpm).
Just have one question for you, in fact is more a curiosity, in The Off Training Period at day #9 you say most important to look after yourself during this period. Why? Anything especial?
