Hey Ed,
A good session in the end, but I took more than 1h to feel good. I don't know why but I was feeling with full stomach, later I'm gonna see what I ate different yesterday to do not eat again lol

About the meals coach, I have been trying different types of food to eat before running, especially before races and quality training sessions. And the best until now was what you said: bananas, bread and for me I also include an egg. Thanks to reminder me to not eat meat on race day, I'm following a Paleo / Low Carb Diet and there is a lot of meat for me daily. Big BBQ fan
