Yes, the easy runs are just rolling off easily now.
In terms of the easy runs, I'm not sure whether to main the 6:00 - 6:15 pace or slowly start increasing the pace.
I'm noticing say on todays run, I managed to keep my HR at 152, whilst upping the pace a bit, but not sure if actually I would be better going slower and trying to get my HR in the 140's.
