Hey Ed!
5 x 1k , resting 60s
Afternoon , 19C , humidity 35%
Lap | Time | AHR
1 4:31 169
2 4:33 170
3 4:34 173
4 4:35 176
5 4:37 178
Good temperature but dry... maybe in a long run that could be a problem. But I felt really good at this session and I can see a significant improvement of myself...
But that leads me a question coach, can I go faster ? or do I have to keep that pace, in this case between 4:40 - 4:45? What do you prefer?
Cheers,
FL
