Yes, I know. I will be takling things Nice and slow, but also want to stay as fit as possible through cycling and possibly water running. It's important for me not to loose the spirit entirely as I know it will then be more diffucult to come back. Ill be doing strenght training as well. Core and stretching ++
At the moment actually the heel thing is bothering me most. Will probably visit an orthopedist shortly.
