Hi Ed,
Just to keep you up-to-date on this weekend - I did a 60 minute easy run on Friday night, and a 75 minute easy run on Saturday. I have developed a bit of a sore throat, so have taken Sunday off with the hope that it should be better for tomorrow rather than irritate it.
The runs both felt fine - Saturday had quite heavy legs after 55 minutes, but still completed the session okay.
Will assume that I can run tomorrow for now, so what should I be looking to run for the first few days this week? Happy to do the track session any day Tuesday - Friday, whichever is best.
