You are quite right, I think the heat just got to me yesterday in more ways than one :laugh:
Did an easy 25 minutes this evening, more to loosen my legs up which were still quite tight from yesterday, but feeling better now!
On a completely unrelated note, I have a compulsary work medical in a couple of weeks time - blood/heart etc - is there anything in particular I should ask for that you think would be useful?
What should I be looking to do over this weekend, anything apart from 1 hour easy runs?
