Been quick-reading through the first 50 or something posts and the newest ones from Jamies thread. Don`t know if I `m able to catch exactly what to pick up from his story quite yet, but will look at it again with fresh eyes later. Seems to be more of a semi professional athlete this guy than where I am, but suppose there are lessons to be learned also across levels of ambitions.
Point taken about relaxing a bit, not taking things too seriously at the moment :jester:
I suppose I can do the scheduled races without worrying to much about they suits into the cycle next couple of weeks.
Will be getting back into things nice and slowly now. Had a 25 min on treadmill yesterday after resting Tuesday. Entire system felt ok.
Will be going for a new medium tough session today, either short intervalls or 50-60 min easy.
Tomorrow maybe some easy fartlek to prepare the relay saturday. OR just rest.
If you read this in due time, I would of course be intersted in thoughts on this "plan"
Have a splendid Thursday!
