Just been doing the recovery runs as per the plan and started day 1 again and a 16km run in and around 1:21.
I'm guessing I should stay with the 5x2k @ 3:45 for the time being and see how I get on?
I'm planning on doing a 10km race on the 28th April so will probably need to cut this round a little short, although I should be able to fit in the 1km intervals as well if that sounds ok to you?
