Have been doing my 1 hr run now for a long time, but I missed out on the 4k paced run last saturday and the sunday and monday 1 hr run - but today I did the "start with 10 x 400m R 60 400/86sec ââ¬â no faster P" run.
I aimed for around 93 seconds per interval
