Well, immediately after the few retchings everything went fine. It was no problem cooling down for 1,5 km on the way home from the track.
Since then until now, which is a few hours later everything feels great. I don't feel exhausted or worked out in any way, besides a little tired in the legs
I don't think I overworked it. It didn't feel that way compared to how it used to feel when I did this session before. It was mostly on the last 400 m lap it came crawling. Other than that I felt that I recovered enough during the resting in between the intervals.
