Long time no see!
Feels good to be back posting in this thread
Now I've managed to find some consistency again. Still building on the house but am up at 4 1-hour runs each week. The pace is around 5 min/km and therefore distance is between 11.5 km and 12.5 km at every run. The HR is around 145 bpm.
I haven't started to run on a program yet.
I'm aiming for the Gothenburg half-marathon in the end of May. I hope to reach below 1:30 there this year. So that's what I hope for
How do you suggest I proceed?
