Cheers for that I will read through those.
Any programme I begin will start very light, maybe only using the barbell with no weight until I get the technique nailed.
At the moment I think starting with body weight exercises, and doing a couple of cycles to get used to doing 60mins runs is a good idea before I add in a weight training routine as well.
So maybe I'll look to start something in the new year.
