you have your training till the weekend
on Saturday you can do 75 minutes easy with the last 15 minutes @ 10k pace
enjoy this and provide feedback
Sunday Rest then 30 minutes easy with last 10 minutes quicker
we will discuss further training up to 10k race on the 16th after feedback of Saturday's run
