Thank you for your reply. I read the explanations of the program and the different discussions/blogs. I am definetely looking forward to do some speedy units (even though 5 x 2k with those short breaks sounds tough) after all those recent long runs and I will certainly come back to you once I completed the marathon and started enjoying my recovery weeks. :yes:
Meanwhile I will start to search for some suitable 5 and 10k competitions in my region.
