Time in between my posts is ridiculously long
The icing I've done a lot, but unfortunately it doesn't do any good.
I'm examining the achilles a lot and still there's no special redness, heat, swelling or scar tissue that is noticable from the outside.
I hope it will go away at least this year :S
In the end of May I will do the Gothenburg half-marathon, and I hope to get a good time this year. It will be the big thing regarding running this year since I will be home from work between may and september building a house. So how do you think I should lay up the training?
I have been doing the 1 hour easy now, with interuptions from time to time, but still most of the time 1 hour easy, 6 days a week. Hopefully thats a good build-up foundation
all the best,
Christian
