Workout went well, but definitely hard. Felt like my first real training day this year.

Day 5 - 30min easy
Day 6 - Long run. 1h25 @ 5:30 pace. 145 avg HR, 163 max HR
Day 7 - 6x1k in 4:00-4:05

I had to suffle the workouts a bit because of the weather. We're getting a lot of rain lately so I try to get my long runs and interval workouts done when the weather is ok. We should get 10-30 mm of rain every day this week, so I'll probably do treadmill runs: 30min easy tomorrow, 10k easy on Wednesday and 1Hr easy on Thursday. Sounds ok?
