Today I feel almost fully recovered. I managed to do the 400 m intervals without too much problem. Only saw that my heart rate was a little high.
Yesterday I did a very very easy 1 hr run. Then I still had small discomforts in the stomach, but not much enough to stay out of running.
Next weekend I will try to do a race again. This time an 8k race (actually 7777m) in Gothenburg.![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.time-to-run.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.png)
