it is a PB by 3:27min, I am just too greedy ...
In my last HM my goal was 1:24:x and I ran 1:19:57. I had the secret hope for a leap in performance similar (on a smaller scale of course) to this.
It is also the first time in a proper race (not counting 2 races I droped out and the marathon, as on that distance calculators/tables do not work) that I couldn't improve the calculated vdot value from the last race: My 15k time from 9 weeks ago was slightly better according to Jack Daniel's formula.
Just came home from swiming and feel good. Tomorrow morning another swim and a slow 12k run in the evening. On Wednesday a bit more quantity (am 8k, pm 15k) and I will see if I can fit in some quality Intervals on Thursday or Friday, before the long run on Sunday.
