Today I ran immediately after dinner with a stuffed stomach, making it hard to keep the heart rate down.
I also did the Bodyweight 500 workout - today I did it right after running - both in the evening. I even had a new record at the workout - 22:26
Day 9, sub 40 10k - 2nd round
