It was all about the mental game and the fact that i wanted it badly today!
I almost stopped at 9k but i pulled it together mentally and finished the job.
So chuffed with this result.

Thanks Ed. I managed the long and short run over the weekend, onto the relaxed 10k today what sort of pace shall i run this one in do u think?

I'll go with 3.45pk for the 1000s i think.
I'll manage this easily :mmm: but am open to suggestions.
I'll go with a 5.30pk pace for todays 10k. Sound ok Ed?
