Yes, every 2nd lap (2nd, 4th, 6th) was right into it. But it came in very hard gusts every now and then, so it was hard to know when to expect them..

Today I ran immediately after dinner with a stuffed stomach, making it hard to keep the heart rate down.

I also did the Bodyweight 500 workout - today I did it right after running - both in the evening. I even had a new record at the workout - 22:26 Big Grin

feeling strong? seems like you coping with the sessions quite well, how are the niggles after experiencing them the other day?

Yes, I feel fit. I have gained 1 kg, but I still feel strong.

The niggles are thankfully gone now Smile

I felt the cold underneath the skin, but it was so far away I decided to go for the run anyway. It went ok. Though I felt I was close to the limit of what I'm able to perform. It most often feel like that on the paced runs.

However, I did feel more filled with energy than during the easy run the day before yesterday.

I also did a 500 workout during the evening

if you feel there is a cold coming consider taking 2 days off .. Sunday - Monday to bolster the system

It's not coming, it's more like it's going away now.. I've had small indications during the week, this I think was the last one Smile

I'm almost never really sick, but I can often carry colds and other infektions that doesn't evolve into something big, only like now small indications
