hi TheEd..
sinds my last post where I did my 2 session..
I did all the trainings so far..
the 5x1k went very very wel.
I stopt working now and try to do the runs now in the morning and directly after a core workout just simple some push ups sit ups pull ups and so on... works out great..
also I try to be as consistent as possible all the easy runs on hr140
or lower.
they go real easy..
ps I come close to race day.. wel I don't have a race what should I do there?? do a 12 min test to see where I'm at??
or a 10k or 5k fast..
so far so good...
