Ok no problem, I'll do the running then. I'm just a little worried about running 6 days a week since I never ran more than 3-4 times (I would usually do some other cardio when I wanted to train harder). Last year I got injured when I started running too often early in the season, but I suppose that could have been avoided with proper warm ups and more stretching after the workouts. I'll stick to the program then!
