Day 08 yesterday the 1000s at 3.45pk np. But treadmill only, i wonder if i could do this outside, prob not. So i reckon actually i'm still not at the pace i need to be to go sub 40.

Missed the 1hr easy as the weather was dreadful last night and i didn't fancy the gym.
Rest today.
I decided yesterday that on race day i will run a sub 40 10k. The only thing i'm not sure on is how much under 40 i will go.
