Care to ask them how many athletes they have personally trained on said 'loads of long runs' to get said results they speak of, please?
Rob, I have personally coached athletes with great results on these programs, from a 45 minute 10k runner to sub 29 minute 10k runners.
Training in a squad environment consisting of 30 athletes of varying abilities with a more than 90% success rate on said programs
