a quick one on the heart rate monitor
try putting it over a light t-shirt, I have heard this does work for a number of runners
do not worry too much about the interval sessions, as long as you are simply doing them
the secret behind the 10k programs was to adapt to the 2k session
so for now, focus your mind on the marathon being the event and not the intervals
you certainly do not need to be running more
this is superb:
Saturday 1st 38.5km avg HR 138 avg pace 7:44 (all done on snow covered back country trails!)
don't focus on weekly mileage but instead the necessary individual sessions and then one above is magnificent towards that cause
you looking quite good for the marathon
