Yep, I`ve read it, thank you for good information. Trying to do some of the stretches.
It`s funny you mention the multiple pains phenomenon, as I`ve lately also felt some pain underneath the right heel. It may be some version of plantar fasciitis, but not quite sure. This was not something that bothered me during the last Race, but something which has been coming and going a bit afterwards, being more present the last couple of days. I suspect it might be connected to a new pair of leisure shoes from Nike (Nike Free) that I bought recently, which I suspect is not doing a very good job supporting my feet. This is actually a running shoe kind of leisure shoe, but one which is supposed to give a "barefoot like feel". I suspect I should stop wearing them and find me something a bit more "supportive".
Being injured really sucks, but I`ll try to be patient.
