Went for some cycling yesterday, that was nice. I`ve just bought a new bike (hybrid) and aim to put in a weakly bike session, keeping the HR relatively low, just enjoying the trip and the nature.
Legs feel much better than monday, so think I should be ready to do some decent running again soon. Today I plan to go for an easy treadmill run, and then tomorrow step it up with a quality session.
That could be either the 5x2k, or something else. Friday is day off anyway, because of the National Day in Norway
Don`t know if I should step into the cycle right now or just balance things a bit less strict, given the race dates mentioned above.
