Dont know if "sore" is the right word describing my legs... maybe "stiff" instead. (Norwegian word is "støl", but I can`t find a good translation, as "støl" also means "farm", and this is what both Google translate and Easytrans.org suggest). Anyway, wouldn`t say it is anything that worries me. Still I note that it is more "noticeable" than after the intervall sessions I did in the first cycle. Probably related to the fact that I ran three stages, spread out on more than two hours.
