yes stick to that bpm, during this build-up there should be a change in the pace at the same bpm
so you on track enjoy the process, especially when you begin to look forward to the 2k session Cheers TheEd

Time: 60.02 Distance: 9.54km Pace: 6.17/k Average HR: 138 http://bit.ly/WFEKj3 Start of the Builld Up Period, feels like i'm in a good place to get some good sessions in over the next 3 weeks and hit the ground running (literally) when I start on the sub-40min plan. Resting HR was a little higher this morning, but this didn't seem to translate into a HR increase in my running. My weight has also dropped below 13 stone for the first time in over four years, so I should notice some differences when I come to do the quicker sessions. So far, so good! let's watch the morning HR so we can see whether there is a pattern and if there is maybe something other than 'intrinsic' causing the change in HR
