Hi Ed,
all is good with me. Have continued with my running, and following the sessions.
Had a bit of a break during the spring which meant I have gone back a bit, but all good.
Have completed a few half marathons recently, went from 2hrs 4mins to 1hr 46min over 3 months.
Looking to get back under 45mins for the 10K and then crack on from there again.
Just about to go through a 2 week R&R and 3 week build up programme.
