Build Up Period Day 7 of 21
Rest Day
Had a pretty unhealthy weekend, Curry and beers Friday night, Fish and Chips on Saturday and all day in London yesterday drinking, eating at Bodeans and watching NFL!
So feeling a bit tender this morning, glad its a rest day today. Eating healthy and chugging the water down so should be fine by tomorrow.
