Average HR: 137
My heart rate was well up today during the run (hence the slower pace and reduced distance), I think for 2 reasons, that I went off too quickly to begin with and that I had 4 layers on and my body temp was a lot higher than normal.
I feel fine, so don't think its a sign of anything else as my resting HR before I went out was fine, but i'll up my water intake today just in case.
