S Rest
S 50min easy run and totally relaxed - at ease throughout
M 20min bike AM, PM 30min Waddle easy and relaxed
T 30min easy run
W 30 to 40min easy and totally relaxed ââ¬â at ease through out
T Rest
F 20 mins Bike AM, 90 min Bike PM, easy and relaxed
S easy day of 40min running
S 120-150 min Bike easy and totally relaxed ââ¬â at ease through out
M 20mins Bike AM. PM 40 min run easy & relaxed ââ¬â at ease through out
T 20mins Bike AM. PM Rest
W 20min Bike AM. PM 40-50min easy run, relaxed, at ease through out
T 20min Bike AM. 30min easy run & totally relaxed, at ease through out
F 20 min Bike, 120min Bike easy and relaxed, at ease through out
