Great, thx hr 140 and 2 hrs it is. I think it's a good idea to base much on heart rates. I'll do my reps as suggested, and I'll do the workouts on a track. I will do 8 km am runs hr up to 140 on the prescribed days on week 2 and 3. Looking forward to my very first 2 km session this thursday. Especially to compare hr to 3.25-3.30 pace with 90 sec passive recovery.
