ran today for 50min really smooth .
the grass has it positive response.
after am done training i must complete my drill program .
the program would be done just after am done training and each drill has could be as much a 3 or 4 or even 6sets.
some sets may be 3x45reps,3x18,6x12
the last drill would be the thera bands.
these bands give resistance at the start and return point.
the session has made me stronger .
currently Trinidad and Tobago is under state on emergency .curfew for the next 15days .
