The thing is, it's when I really dug into getting my eating routine on the right track in first half of 2010 it all started. Before that I had no problems.. :S
The physician didn't believe it was lactose intolerance, but I have left loads of samples in the laboratory and one was for that as well..
For now I'll try to cut out on the coffee many hours before running, and we'll have to see what the tests show, but I believe it's something more, because it's still not good when I don't drink coffee, just more managable
