no need to increase the HR just yet, keep things relaxed and in line with your current situation
then when you back in your controlled environment then we can look at the training at HR again
go with the flow, when you away and you can't train, if you do find a space, then simply run 20 minutes as you feel, building up the pace and finishing with a smile on your face
