Hi Coach!
So, bad news :mad: I woke up with a pain in the stomach and this wasn't anxiety hahaha I didn't want take the risk to stop in the middle of the running due to any stomach problem LOL Then I decided to run the 5k test....

The weather was good today, 10C in the morning. It was hard due to stomach but I felt good and knew that I could do way better...
After all , this 5k "race" was a lot better than my last one in April that I had ran the 5k in 26 minutes.
Since it was a short run Ed, I'm ready to continue the training. What do I have to do in the next days?
