What was interesting was
the 3.30 per k pace for the 2000's and that you did it twice and did not explode completely, you have come back stronger and by the 3rd cycle you should be on a different level
the cycles I am talking about are 2 more training cycles - race - rest - build up
Be patient the promise is there already, let it happen naturally without forcing it and the benefits will be great
