Your sub 50 min 10k training program helped a lot with the series of three races. My improvement from last years attempt at the same series was approximately a minute a mile for the 5k, 10k and 10 miler. 51:00 was my time on the 10k. My last attempt was near 56:00 min.
I believe when I find a 10k later this year I'll make it below the 50 min target.
