Hi.
The race was not bad. I did 19:13 and was happy due to the bad conditions (hot, humid etc...). I've felt strong all over the race. My 11 years old son did 25:30 in his first 5k
I'm thinking to switch for the next 2 months for a "build-up" period (maybe include a 5-6k tempo run once a week) since it's very difficult to survive the heat here and then to start over 2-3 cycles of the 10k plan when I'll be stronger. What do u think ?
