Paced 5km done on Saturday, I was aiming to keep it just under 3:50 which is my (possibly optimistic) goal pace for a 10km race this Sunday. I was hoping it might feel a bit easier than it did; time will tell whether I can hold the pace for another 5km.

Today I did the 3x5min at race pace, 2min recovery session (I couldn't get to the track for the 400s). Paces were a bit below target - 3:50, 3:55, 3:53.
Two more light sessions and then day off Sat before race day.
