Hi TheEd,
Started a new 19 day cycle yesterday with a good 70 min easy run with local run club. Needed it, felt good to get moving again, however was v.tired afterwards and today.
Have a strange tightness above left ankle and bottom of shin this morning - need to rest this, it might be hanging over from kneeling down doing the DIY etc - not sure I will do the 2k's tomorrow, will have to see how ankle/shin is. Can I postpone them til day after instead?
