I did 1h today.
Unfortunately I have 2 manic weeks coming..
I will be very busy this week and then Im flying home for wedding and will be away for a week. So no track sessions for me..
I still will be able to do long runs or paced/trial runs..
Here's the days when I'll be able to run:
Monday (tomorrow) - fine with long run
Tuesday - just short, I thought I could do 4-5km fast to work?
Thursday - fine with 1h run
then going away to wedding so no training untill Monday..
Monday (5th) - fine with 1h
the rest of that week should be able to do around 3 runs (long or short)
back to London Saturday the 12th July- back to normal..
oh busy summers!!!!
