Hi i was hoping to get some help with some beginner training programs for running the 5km.
My current PB which i achieved today was 22:41.
My first goal for 5Km is to reach 20 min, i can run 5 times a week and have also run a few 10km quite comfortably.
Any advice on ways to improve would be much appreciated as i am currently just doing random distances.
